How am I compensated for the easement and/or access roads on my property?

As part of any project, “due diligence” work will be performed to determine your property’s fair market value. This can be completed in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, property valuation and taxable acreage, comparable sales in the region, and appraisals. We then calculate this fair market value to a “per acre” price for the affected property in order to make you a fair and equitable offer for the requested ROW, access road, and easement.
